Surrounded by centuries-old stone walls, citrus trees, and softly lit courtyards, these evenings celebrate the relaxed rhythm of Mediterranean living in a setting defined by heritage and privacy.

The estate is available as a venue-only setting for private chef dining experiences, allowing hosts to arrange a tailored culinary evening while enjoying exclusive use of the mansion’s atmospheric dining spaces. Multiple locations throughout the property provide flexibility for each gathering—from candlelit garden tables beneath citrus trees, to covered terraces and secluded courtyards, as well as elegant indoor dining within the historic sala.

These spaces comfortably accommodate intimate dinners for 8 to 12 guests or larger gatherings of up to 24 guests, depending on the style and arrangement of the evening.

To maintain the quality, discretion, and standards of the estate, Vasilikos Mansion works primarily with a carefully selected list of trusted chefs and culinary providers experienced in delivering refined dining experiences within historic settings. Guests are also welcome to propose their own private chef for consideration, subject to approval by Vasilikos management to ensure compatibility with the property and its operational standards.
